Order Changes Or Cancellations
To make changes to an order, or to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by phone. We must also receive the cancellation in writing, via e-mail. After your order process has begun (usually within 24 hours of order placement), we cannot cancel or make changes to the order. No cancellations are allowed for personalized items or custom made orders- NO exceptions.** Please contact us if you need further clarification **
Special Orders
If you are interested in an item that does not list your size or style requirement, please feel free to contact customer service. Many of our items can be specially ordered to accommodate special sizes. Just ask!
Return Policy
We want you got be happy with your purchases. All items with the exception of those below are returnable and / or
exchangeable within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the item,
as long as such items are in an unused condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please send all returns/exchanges to:

On the packing receipt, be sure to let us know the reason for the return and/or the item for which you would like to exchange the merchandise. For your protection, we suggest you send your returns/exchanges via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for any packages lost in shipping. Until you receive a delivery confirmation that we have received the package, it is your property.
Please note: All treats and/or biscuits, personalized, custom and perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Damaged Or Defective Items
If your item arrives to you damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery). We are happy to correct the problem for you.
