Credit Card Policies
Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase for all items ordered, but please view the individual item's availability listed. Personalized or customer items are made to order and will take up to six weeks to ship.
Appropriate Sales Tax will be added to all orders processed for customers in Colorado and Ohio.

Shipping & Handling Charges
We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for all ground shipping in the 48 contiguous United States. The charge is $15.00 for Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.
If you desire expedited shipping please contact us and we will work with you to establish a price.

Upon placement of your order, we will determine the best delivery method for shipping your merchandise. We use UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS.
We attempt to ship within 2 business days of receiving your order on all in stock items. On any personalized or made to order items please allow 6 weeks for delivery. For items in stock, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery, but your item will usually arrive sooner. Please know that it is important to allow for extra delivery time during the holidays- order early to ensure best selection and prompt arrival!

Order Changes Or Cancellations
To make changes to an order, or to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by phone. We must also receive the cancellation in writing, via e-mail. After your order process has begun (usually within 24 hours of order placement), we cannot cancel or make changes to the order. No cancellations are allowed for personalized items or custom made orders- NO exceptions.** Please contact us if you need further clarification **
If you are interested in an item that does not list your size or style requirement, please feel free to contact customer service. Many of our items can be specially ordered to accommodate special sizes. Just ask!
We want you got be happy with your purchases. All items with the exception of those below are returnable and / or exchangeable within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the item, as long as such items are in an unused condition with tags attached and in their original packaging. On the packing receipt, be sure to let us know the reason for the return and/or the item for which you would like to exchange the merchandise. For your protection, we suggest you send your returns/exchanges via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for any packages lost in shipping. Until you receive a delivery confirmation that we have received the package, it is your property.

Damaged Or Defective Items
If your item arrives to you damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery)
