Sizing can vary greatly depending on the designer of the clothing. Please be sure to review the measurements listed in the product description and measure your pup carefully. If you are still unsure, give us a call or drop us an email and we'll do out best to help!

What is your exchange and return policy?

Except as stated otherwise in the shipping section of this site, all items purchased on from PamperYourDog may be returned for a full refund within (14) days of your receipt of the item, as long as such items are in an unused condition and in their original packaging. Please see the shipping section for more details on this policy.

What's your policy on personalized or custom orders?

We're sorry, but all personalized or custom orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

What's your policy on treats and/or biscuits and perishable items?

All dog toys, treats and/or biscuits, personalized, custom and perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

What is your delivery time?

We make every attempt to have your order to you within 7-10 days,. Due to unexpected circumstances that may arise, please note that all anticipated delivery times provided by PamperYourDog are approximate. If you have placed a custom or personalized order, please note that it could take up to six weeks.
